# of racers)
Due to the problems with people getting kicked out of servers in DTR1.
It does not matter if it's an IP or one running in lite.
We know it will happen when we try to run this race.
SO, here is what we're going to do..
We are going to run the Desperado Memorial Race in Nascar 2003 season in the Craftsman trucks, track will be Talladaga BR V2.

electric and unified feeling the Dirt Track Racing scene has sensed in years.
This is the power that a few electronic signals and a racing sim has on us. This
is the power that makes us as a group who we are in our real lives as well as
our internet lives. Today is the beginning of the greatest honor for the fallen
our resources could muster and we salute all who have participated as well as
our fallen friend TWA-Desperado.

TWA Racing, GMRWS, TXR, USDA, Dirtkings Inc. and EVRACING.NET have combined
forces to bring you the single largest online Dirt Track Racing event in the
history of the internet!
We will be using an IROC Late Model Chassis that will have a LIMITED SETUP (only toe, tire pressure, brakes and steering lock are adjustable) in order to level the playing field. There will be no custom skins allowed, everyone will drive the exact same car. This event will include qualifying, and heats on one weekend and mains on the following weekend. This is going to be one HUGE event so sign up now. The chassis will be complete within the next few days so keep watching for the download information on this site!

QUALIFYING STARTS SATURDAY DECEMBER 6

We will be running heats on Saturday December 13 at
8pm Eastern. The heats will be a fairly quick event as we will have around five
servers that night. If anything it would be like running two heats with one
server. The time in which mains will start on Saturday December 20th will depend
on whether we run all four mains D through A. If we wind up with four mains we
will be starting at 7pm Eastern time. If we run three or less, we will run at
8pm Eastern time. All qualifying will be done at 50% wetness on the track.
Everyone gets freshly watered and well packed track to Q. The heats will
be a roll of the dice (per se) for wetness. If your heat gets a bad shake, thats
how she goes. The starting grids and lineups will be kept secret as far as
format goes although we can promise you this, some slow guys will be going home
and some fast guys will be going home.
